1. By purchasing from Lynn’s Luxes you have agreed to all Terms & Conditions.

3. ORDER & RESERVATION
Pre-Order
i) Deposit required for us to place your order online for USA/Europe website purchase or ready stock item with our shoppers in USA/Europe.
ii) Balance payment required immediately after order reaches Malaysia. Item will be released for sale if buyer fails to make payment within 5 days after order reaches Malaysia and deposit will be forfeited.
iii) ETA for goods to reach Malaysia is within 3-5 weeks time and subjected to customs clearance. Sometimes it will take up to 2 months so NO URGENT PURCHASE!
iv) Buyer is not allowed to change order after making deposit payment.
Ready Stock
i) Deposit required for us to secure your order. Item will only be reserved for 24 hours upon order confirmation.
ii) Balance payment is due within 30 days after deposit payment. Deposit will be forfeited if buyer fails to make payment on time and item will be released for sale.
iii) If buyer opt for 3 installments (ready stock priced RM700 and above), full payment is required within 60 days after receiving the first installment. Deposit will be forfeited if buyer fails to make payment on time and item will be released for sale.
iv) Buyer is not allowed to change order after making deposit payment.
4. PAYMENT
i) We accept payment via Maybank, CIMB and RHB. PayPal payment is available upon request with PayPal fee of 4%.
ii) Payment can be made to either of these accounts:

iii) Deposit payment is NON-refundable if order is cancelled by buyer
5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
i) COD is available at Putrajaya / Cyberjaya / Bandar Saujana Putra / Putra Heights area only.
ii) Deposit / full payment required before meet up.
6. INSURANCE & TAX / DUTY CHARGES
All goods are insured (in case of parcel lost during transit to Malaysia) and prices reflected are already inclusive of tax charges / import duties.
7. LOCAL POSTAGE
i) We use Poslaju courier service (delivery within 2-3 business days). Prices quoted are already inclusive of postage fee within West Malaysia. Additional RM5 per item for postage to East Malaysia.
ii) Additional charges apply if buyer opt for other courier services.
iii) Postage day: Monday and Thursday (unless mentioned otherwise).
8. INTERNATIONAL BUYER
We ship internationally via EMS. Do check with us on the international shipping fee to your country. Import duties / taxes & other charges are NOT INCLUDED in the shipping fee and they are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs and specific procedures prior to buying. It is against the law to incorrectly declare items thus we will NOT declare any item as 'Gift' in attempt to avoid import duties / taxes. We are NOT responsible for any goods confiscated by authorities.
9. Purchases made at your own risk. If you want 100% defect-free item and expect the goods to be in immaculate condition please purchase at retail boutiques / stores (and pay at their retail prices!). Having the goods pass through customs and handled sometimes might result in having minor scratches to the merchandise. We apologise as we have no control over this. Fret not as most of the time the goods reach our hands in good condition.
NOTE: Natural leather markings are NOT DEFECTS. We will not be held responsible for the quality or design of goods manufactured by the respective brand. DO NOT purchase if you are a FUSSY BUYER!
10. PACKAGE INCLUDES:
i) By default Coach bag comes with price tag (price section perforated) and Coach care card. Some item might include dust bag and gift receipt. Kindly take note that bags from Coach Factory Outlet originally does not come with dust bag (except for bags from coach.com). Other brands may include its original price tag (if provided), dust bag (if provided), authenticity card (if provided), and care card (if provided). Please inquire prior for confirmation.
ii) Coach Paper Bag, Dust Bag and Gift Box
Only available as purchase with purchase of our ready stock or pre-order items and while stock lasts. Kindly notify us if you need to purchase any.
Large Paper Bag = RM10
Small Paper Bag = RM5
Large Dust Bag (pre-order) = RM20
Small Gift Box = RM5
Sorry we do not have large gift box. All paper bags and gift boxes are from factory outlet.
11. All our items are 100% AUTHENTIC or your money back guarantee! Feel free to bring your item over the counter to check. If any of our sold item proven counterfeit, a written statement from the boutique manager must support the claim.
12. All sales are FINAL! Items sold are NON-returnable, NON-exchangeable, and NON-refundable. Buyer is advised to check on the actual item carefully (size and color) at the boutique / store before purchase to avoid disappointment. Product details and photos are also provided to help buyer get better insight before purchase.
13. We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms & Conditions whence we deem necessary, without any prior notice. We are not in any way affiliated to any of the brands advertised nor we are an authorised dealer.
